Welcome to Framrtech ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile web application ("App") designed to solve communication issues for construction subcontractors. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

4. Fees and Payment

Access to the App is subject to a fee of AUD 4 per week per project. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to the payment method you provide. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. User Content

All content you create within the App ("User Content") remains your property or the property of your company. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

We use cookies for authentication and analytics purposes. We may record usage sessions from some users to understand how to optimize the App. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the App, excluding User Content, are owned by Framrtech. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framrtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
